K. Vaughn Knight practices primarily in the areas general corporate law, real estate transactions, estate planning, commercial litigation and agricultural law. Mr. Knight also practices in the areas of probate and personal injury. Prior to forming Knight Law Firm, PLC, Mr. Knight was a partner in the firm of Jones & Knight, LLP and prior to that he practiced with Matthews, Campbell, Rhoads, McClure, Thompson & Fryauf in Rogers, Arkansas.


Vaughn Knight

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Knight operated a large farming business in Eastern Arkansas, consisting of approximately 17,000 acres of cotton, corn, soybeans, rice, grain sorghum and wheat. Mr. Knight's farming operation also included a cotton gin, cotton warehouse, and an aerial application business.

Mr. Knight received his Juris Doctor Degree in December of 2001 from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He also received an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in May of 2002. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.




Lauren Pratchard Ms. Pratchard graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville in 2005, magna cum laude. In law school, she served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Arkansas Law Review, a member of the Board of Advocates, was selected as a member of the First Amendment Moot Court Traveling Team, and was Co-Chair of the Benjamin J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition (in which she co-authored Bearden v. Arklatex, 2005 Altheimer Moot Court Record and Bench Brief).

She is licensed to practice in Arkansas (2005) and the U.S. District Court Western District of Arkansas (2007). Ms. Pratchard concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, landlord/tenant, estate planning, probate administration, business formation and planning, civil and commercial litigation, and bankruptcy.
